NOTICE REGARDING PET HEALTH INSURANCE

Please talk to us about Pet Health Insurance.  There are several good companies offering this service and it is especially a good idea to start a plan upon getting a puppy or kitten.  It can help to keep your costs down, especially if your pet needs surgery or emergency care.  Some plans also cover wellness visits and vaccinations.  We have brochures in the office, just ask the receptionist or staff member.

HEARTWORM, FLEA & TICK SEASON IS UPON US. ALSO GET YOUR PET CHECKED TWICE A YEAR FOR INTESTINAL PARASITES AND ZOONOTIC DISEASES.
Every pet should be checked at least once a year for heartworm, even if they were on heartworm preventive year round.  All pets should have a fecal check twice a year.  Some types of worms and zoonotic diseases are contagious to humans, so this is important!
